Recites: - indenture dated 18 Oct 1892 between 1) Katharine Agnes Welstead, Francis Augustus Sydney Welstead (both of Woodford, Northants), William Barrott Montfort Bird of Grays Inn, solicitor. 2) John Maikin Harris of Tottenham and Thomas Wood Cox of Norwood Hill. 3) Ebenezer Harris of Enfield and Thomas W Cox. 4) George Thurley of Sandy, market gardener, which in turn recites an indenture of mortgage dated 10 Nov 1855. - Statutory receipt dated 8 Nov 1895 - Indenture dated 13 Dec 1894. - Indenture dated 17 Dec 1894 - Order made in Lunacy dated 21 Nov 1898 which authorised John Hall Collett of The Sewage Farm, Bedford, farm bailiff to raised £1250 with interest by way of mortgage in order to pay the debts of George Thurley. - Statutory receipt dated 7 March 1899. - Indenture of mortgage dated 9 March 1899. - will of George Thurley dated 8 Feb 1894 giving authority to sell residue of real and personal estate on trust. - death of George Thurley 18 Apr 1899. - Deed poll dated 22 July 1899 A F Love declined to act as executor. - 27 July 1899 Will of G Thurley proved by J H Collett and Emma Thurley.
