The plot containing 1a 1r 20p has a frontage of 62 feetto an occupation road 20 feet wide and a frontage of 560 feet to Middle Field Road bounded North by property of Francis Pym, East by Middle Field Road, South occupation road, West the plot containing 1a 39p. Endorsed with receipt of satisfaction 8 Nov 1895 and right to production of deeds by Charles Usher and John Thomas Odell as purchasers of parts of the property.
