Charged that on 13th June 1914 they feloniously did break & enter into the warehousein Luton of George Mitchell & take a straw hat machine 2nd Count; that they along with Charles Cooper did feloniously receive the straw hat machine Plea & Verdict; Palmer, Blindell & Taylor - Guilty Cooper - Not Guilty Sentence; Palmer & Blindell detained for 2 years in a Borstal Institution or in default 2 months imprisonment with hard labour each concurrent with the sentence on the first indictment Taylor, detained for 2 years in a Borstall Institution or in default 3 monrhs imprsionment with hard labour
