Richard Dalby and own occ., charged with £5 p.a. to Sarah Michael of Dean “but it my desire that Sarah Michaell shall attend the publick worship of God in the church of Dean all Lord’s days and other days when there shall be public prayers unless she shall have any disease”; also house and land in occ. William Laughton; (then to nephew Dillingham Boswell); also leasehold lands at Pertenhall held of Corpus Christi College; (then to her nephew Simon Taylor) To nephew Dillingham Boswell (in addition to above) household goods and plate (except chest of linen to wife), but wife to have use of goods and plate, chariot and chariot horses, and harness and her own horse, and milch beasts and hay dry at testators decease and firewood, if she keep a widow; but if she marry only the chest of linen To m.
