    The Jurors for our Lord King upon their oath present that Thomas James Goodman on the thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen was servant to Henry Hilton Green and that the said Thomas James Goodman whilst he was such servant as aforesaid to wit on the day and year aforesaid two sheep of and belonging to the said Henry Hilton Green his master feloniously did steal take and carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided. Second Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Thomas James Goodman afterwards and within six calendar months from the time of the committing of the said Offence in the first count of this Indictment mentioned to wit on the seventh day of May in the year aforesaid was servant to the said Henry Hilton Green and that the said Thomas James Goodman whilst he was such servant as aforesaid to wit on the day and year last aforesaid two lambs of and belonging to the said Henry Hilton Green his Master feloniously did steal take and carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity Third Count: And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Thomas James Goodman afterwards and within six calendar months from the time of the committing of the said offence in the first Count of this Indictment mentioned to wit on the nineteenth day of May in the year aforesaid was servant to the said Henry Hilton Green and that the said Thomas James Goodman whilst he was such servant as aforesaid to wit on the day and year last aforesaid one lamb of and belonging to the said Henry Hilton Green His Master feloniously did steal take and carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace of our said Lord the King, his Crown and Dignity. Plea: Not Guilty. Verdict Guilty Sentence: Six months imprisonment with Hard Labour Signed Marks
