    His Majesty's justices certify that on 13th July1910 they viewed the said footpath and agree that it may be diverted as shown on the plan produced to them marked F. They direct Luton Rural District Council to affix and publish for 4 successive weeks a notice to the effect of Schedule no 19 annexed to the Highways Act 1835 in legible characters at the Place and by the side at each end of the said footpath and insert the same Notice in a Newspaper published and generally circulated in the said County and Division, also for 4 successive weeks affix a like notice on the Door of the Parish Church of Limbury.
