Criminal Appeal Act, 1907 Rex –v- Mabel Vosper Thomas To the Clerk of the Peace. This is to give you notice that the above-named Appellant having applied for leave to appeal against Sentences for the offence of House breaking at Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions and the said application having, on the 19th day of April 1910 , been refused by a Judge of the Court of Criminal Appeal, and Notification of the refusal having been given to the Appellant on the 19th April 1910, enclosing Form XIV of the Forms under this Act, and the said Form XIV not having been returned to me duly filled up by the Appellant, the refusal of her application is final by virtue of Rule 25 (b) of the Criminal Appeal Rules, 1908.
