On Trial for on 7th February, 1910,at Thrapston, did steal a bicycle, value £7, the property of Sidney William Lowe. Previous offences listed. (Alias George Moss) 2. Harry Thompson, 31, Dealer. On trial for: Between the 20th and 30th days of January, 1910, at Eaton Socon, did obtail by false pretences from Alexander Rastrick eight tones and fifteen hundredweights of hay, together of the value of £25:7:6, the property of the said Alexander Rastrick, with intent to defraud. Previouse offences listed. 3. William Lawrence, 69, Confectioner. On trial for: Between the 4th July and 20th August, 1909 at Luton in incurring a certain debt, unlawfully did obtain credit of and from Messrs. Blundell Bros., Ltd., by means of fraud. 4. Thomas Pritchett, 36, Oiler. On trial for: On 12th February 1910 at Kempston did unlawfully and indecently assault and ill-treat Lilian Pritchett Also on 16th February 1910 at Kempston, did unlawfully and indecently assault and ill-treat Lilian Pritchett Also on 19th February 1910 at Kempston, did unlawfully and indecently assault and ill-treat Lilian Pritchett. 5. Mabel Vosper Thomas, 30, None. On trial for: Being convicted at the Quarter Sessions for the County of Bedford on 5th January 1910 of housebreaking and ordered by the said Court to come up for judgment when called upon, was bound by her own recognizance to be of good behaviour, has failed to observe the conditions of her recognizance.
