In the City of Manchester - Before the Court of Summary Jurisdiction (being a Petty Sessional Court) sitting at the Police Court in Minshull Street, Manchester in the said City. On the 5th June 1901 did feloniously steal take and carry away one overmantel of the value of thirty shillings the property of James Heald. Verdict: Two Months Hard Labour. Signed Edgar Brierly The Stripendiary Magistrate duly appointed and acting in and for the City of Manchester.
