Feloniously did break and enter with intent the goods and chattels of Dobson Stones. The feloniously to steal, take and carry away two sheets, two tablecloths, two pillow cases, two d’oyleys, one pair of socks, two socks, one brush, one necktie, one purse, one pair of scissors, three spoons, one watch, two brooches, two ounces of tea and two ounces of sugar. Value of £2.10 shillings. Plea: Guilty and admits to previous conviction. Verdict: - Sentence: 5 months Hard Labour. Second Count: 9th June 1909 the Court of Summary Jurisdiction in the City of Manchester the said Lawrence Keating (alias George Nicholson) was convicted of Felony.
