Schedules mentioned date back to August 1929. This conveyance is dated 7th December 1953, with a memorandum note on it stating a deed of exchange dated 9th day of August 1971 made between and within Edward Dickinson on one part and Bedford R.D.C.on the other part the said Edward Dickinson conveyed to the Bedford R.D.C. that piece of land comprising 0.003 of an acre, fronting High Street, Stagsden, being part of the within described property.
