    The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their oath present that Samuel Browning on the 10th day of November 1907 the dwelling house of John Scrivener situate in the parish of Tempsford in the County aforesaid feloniously did break and enter with intent the goods and chattels of the said John Scrivener in the said dwelling house then being feloniously to steal take and carry away and one silver watch chain and one chain, one cash box, the sum of five pounds in money, four life assurance policies, three fire insurance policies and one Post Office Savings Bank Book of the moneys goods and Chattels of the said John Scrivener then in the said dwelling house then feloniously did steal take and carry away against the form of the statue in such case made and provided and against the Peace of Our Lord the King has Crown and Dignity. Second Count: And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present that the said Samuel Browning on the day aforesaid and the year aforesaid feloniously did received and have the moneys, goods and chattels aforesaid so as aforesaid feloniously stolen taken and carried away he the said Samuel Browning then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen taken and carried away against the form of the Statute in such case made statute in such case made and provided. Third Count: And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that on the twenty four day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six at the Count of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at the Town Hall Biggleswade in the county aforesaid the said Samuel Browning was convicted of felony.
