    Parties: (i) Reverend Cecil Bromley (of Maulden Rectory), through his Agents Joyce & Son of Clophill (ii) Joseph Inskip Rate: 2 Acres of land at £4 per annum, from the 29th September 1905 Land: Plots of land known as Wheatfield Close, formerly occupied by Daniel Shotbolt. Conditions: The landlord reserves - timber and materials and has the right to take these away, exclusive right of killing game (except as provided by the Ground Game Act of 1880), and right of way over any portion to any other part of the glebe. The tennant agrees to pay half-yearly in advance at Michaelmas and Lady Day, to pay all rates and taxes (except Land and Landlord's Property taxes), to keep fences and draines in good order and to cultivate land in a husband-like manner, not to underlet, and to give twleve months notice to quit.
