Title
Photograph of Emma Mastin by E. S. Ball photographers (Bedford). E. S. Ball was a photographer in Bedford between 1906 and 1923 and her husband, James Mastin, died in 1912. Given that this photograph was almost certainly taken at the same time as one of her husband, the photograph was taken between 1906 and 1912. According to some writing on the back of the photograph, Emma's maiden name was King and she was the mother of Sarah Sharpe. Emma Mastin was Nora Cirket (nee Sharpe)'s great-grandmother.
