- mortgage indenture dated 21st September 1886 between Thomas Sabey Mardlin and Richard Henry Cattermole re. certain freehold hereditaments in Chalrton, Blunham and leashold on the North Side of Henry Road and St Anns Road, Tottenham.
- Will of Richard Henry Cattermole dated 4 March 1891 leaving estate to 2 sons Edward Henry and Walter James.
- death of Richard Henry Cattermole 25 January 1893.
- death of Edward Henry Cattermole 6 May 1896.
The principal amount of £300 and arrears of interest of £14.1.9 is still outstanding and belongs to trasferes on joint account.
Now 1) as personal representative of Richard Henry Cattermole assigns mortgage to 2) for the residue of the 99 years.
