London to E C Hooper; Price’s clients Amelia Gertrude Cattermole (widow) and John Birks obtained absolute foreclosure against Thomas Sabey Mardlin in respect of mortgage over 2 acres of land and 35 and 36 Henry Road, St Anne’s Road, Tottenham 15 Nov 1906; amount due was £485..16s..11d on 9 November 1906; going to sell properties 1 Jan 1907 And letter same to same; Chalton property did not sell, highest bid £240, auctioneers suggested reserve of £250; clients fixed reserve at £300 12 Jan 1907 And letter same to same; Henry Road properties did not sell. Clients fixed £145 reserve (representing a loss); highest offer at auction £100, now had offer of £125, probably will be refused 24 Jan 1907
