Scope and Content
- All that close of pasture or swerd ground lying and being in the Moor end of Eaton Bray as now staked and set out and lately belonging to the house and ground late of Bryan Mouse deceased and now of the said Bryan Mouse party hereto and situate on the east part of the house and ground late of Richard Ashwell and now of the said James Ashwell on the North part and the land called Slow Lane on the west part thereof and containing by estimation two acres together with all woods, tress etc.

Endorsed with receipt for £105 and livery of seisin .
Witnesses: Michael Puddefoot and David Lee Willis.
