Scope and Content
Infirm of body but sound of mind.
- Debts to be paid
- All funeral expenses will be paid by the executor.
- Freehold messuage cottage or tenement wherein testator now dwells with appurtenances at Eaton Bray and all other freehold messuage cottage or tenement with appurtenances thereunto belonging in the tenure of Joseph Gobby to son Bryan Mouse subject to legacies of 5 shillings a week to wife Ann Mouse if wife and son cannot agree to live together.
- To daughter Martha Rose of Dunstable £5.
- To daughter Mary Warwick £10 to be paid within a twelve month of testator's death.
- To son Bryan Mouse all other messuages, stock in trade, household goods, furniture and other effects.
Son Bryan Mouse sole executor.
