3) Thomas Leach of Northall in the parish of Edlesborough, Bucks, shepherd, and Edward Leach (of Edlesborough, shepherd.
Recites:
Mortgage dated 13 Feb 1743 whereby 2) sold to 1) 'all that cottage or tenement then divided into two tenements or dwellings situated standing and being the Moor End of Eaton Bray' and orchard or backside to same adjoining and belonging, and also all that close of pasture ground to the said cottage adjoining and belonging containing 2ac now in the tenure or occupation of Peter Pye with all belonging for 1000 years at peppercorn rent. Consideration £60.
There is now £61 15s owing to 1).
Thomas Leach has contracted with 2) for the absolute purchase of the cottage, pasture etc.
Now:
Thomas Leach by direction of 2) pays to 1) £29 2s 6d and 2) pays to 1) £32 12s 6d and Edward Leach pays to 1) 5s.
1), with the consent of 2) but at the nomination of Thomas Leach, transfer to Edward Leach for the remainder of the term of 1000 years in trust for the benefit of Thomas Leach.
