- Scope and ContentMr Graham sold the Cardiff gig for £7.5 but the horse & harness were bought in, for the horse would only fetch £7.15 and the harness was below what Mr W said it ought to sell at. I enclose two letters if you will kindly tell us what to say (or answer them yourself) – If these premises are let what must we do with the furniture and all the lumber in the top room? I sent for the list of presenting governors to Christ Church Hospital [School] & I see Mr Wrights name and a Mr Whitbread (brewer) are they any of your friends…”
