“As agent for and on behalf of Mr John Goddard King of Beedon in the County of Berkshire, gentleman, the Guardian appointed by the Court of Chancery of the Estate of Catherine Robins Matthews of Nethercourt in the County of Berkshire, an infant. We do hereby give you notice not to pay any rent now due or hereafter to become due from you in respect of the dwelling house and premises situated at Moreton in the Marsh in the County of Gloucester now in your occupation to any person without the authority in writing of the said J G King.”
