Examination of William Meeks of Potton, publican. Had at various times bought poultry from Gilbert's wife. On 1st May Mary Bennet brought him three dead ducks which she said came from Golbert, who kept a great many ducks and she hoped he would buy them because he had promised her 6d for selling them.
