Consideration £200. - All that piece or parcel of ground situate in the parish of Dunstable ...being part of a certain Close called the Bull Close and containing in width from South East to North West 28 feet and in depth from North East to South West 118 feet bounded on the South East by other part of the said Close on the South West by property of Richard Gutteridge, on the North West by property of Daniel Cook and on the North East by a certain Road or Street called Mount Street together with the cottages and other buildings recently erected thereon.
