    Burr agrees to sell to Vickers for £44 all that piece of ground (being part of a certain close called The Bull Close) lying in Dunstable measuring from south east to north west 28 feet and in depth from north east to south west 118 feet as shown on plan. Purchaser to have immediate possession on completion of sale and within three calendar months at his expense erect and finish upon the piece of ground along the north side or end thereof with good materials and in a substantial and workmanlike manner a boundary wall of brick and mortar to the height of five feet at the least from the surface of the ground and of the thickness of nine inches at the least and also a good and sufficient boundary fence on the south west side or end of the said piece of ground. Title of the vendor is well known in the neighbourhood and having on the occasion of the sale recently made of the Dunstable Brewery Estates been approved of and accepted by several purchases. The title deeds are to be delivered to Messrs Frederick and Charles Burr as the largest purchasers to property of the vendor held under the same title. Purchaser to pay three guineas for the deed of conveyance and stamp duty. Covenant to respect the building line. Signed Edward Burr, John Richard Vickers.
