Daughter, Clara Elizabeth Kidman, son in law, Hugh Smyth, Quicks Wood, Clothall, Herts, farmer and friend, John Crook, Little Almshow, Ippollitts, farmer, appointed executors.

No son shall take any part of residuary property without bringing into hotchpot any sums advanced to him by testator

if daughter Ann Jane White shall die in his lifetime, then her share to Herny Oscar Kidman and Edmond Bates in trust for her children when 21. Before that shall be used for their education and maintenance.

With codicil
sons Thomas and Charles have already received considerable sums from him, are not be benefit under will except in division of plate
oil painting 'Abr dismissing Hagar' excepted from bequest of personal estate and given to son Henry Oscar Trustees to raise annuity of £100 per annum to be paid to daughter Clara for two years or for such shorter period as she shall dwell in his house.

Probate (PPR) Testator died on 12 June 1886. Value of estate £5245 13s 8d 15 July 1886.
With stamp of the Inland Revenue Office that true value of the estate is £2294 14s 6d 26 Aug 1887.
