    1) Francis House Kingston, Harpende, Herts esq. 2) James Kidman, Porters End, Kimpton, farmer. William How, Hammonds End, Harpenden, farmer. 1) married, in 1821, Jane Kingston, theretofore Jane Lines, widow of John Lines of Harpenden, common brewer. After her marriage Jane continued to carry on the business of a brewer independent of 1). In 1832 1) and Jane agreed to separate, Deeds made, dated 16 July 1832, securing Jane's property for her own and separate use. Said James Kidman, and Thomas Rogers, deceased were trustees. On 21 December 1849 1) signed a memo giving his consent (for the greater safety of the trustees concerned) to Jane receiving her 1/2 share of the estate of her brother John Elliott, deceased. Other shares to James Elliott and Elizabeth Viney, brother and sister. Now, after death of said Jane 1) release 2) (trustees of Jane's estate) from any claim on his part to - furniture, sums of money, stocks, shares etc and income due from her estate or from any actions concerning the administration of the estate.
