---- Nine cottages in Shakers (Stakers) Lane, orchard in occupation of Mrs Healey, meadow in occupation of Mr Fuller, in Harpenden, and all other freehold estate (except messuage in occupation of myself, Mr Hanscombe, - Marriott and Phil Boys which I have already appointed in favour of James Kidman and Mary Ann Eliot, his wife
on trust for sale
trustees also to sell copyhold estate (except a small piece enclosed in garden which is given to James and M A Kidman)
money received to be considered as personal estate, to make one fund with personal estate
executors to transfer £2000 (part of £4000 3% annunities)

upon trust to pay interest to said daughter M A E Kidman for life, for her separate use and after her death, as she shall appoint by will. Otherwise to such persons as under the statute for the distribution of personal estate of intestates would be entitled to such money etc.
