Title
Plan relating to the sale of property between the High Street and the River Ouse, Clapham. The plan is marked for lots 7 and 8, lot 7 being the Horse and Jockey and Lot 8 being the property to the west of it. The plan seems to be connected with the sale of the Horse and Jockey to Nash in 1857. It is annotated in pencil 'Elgin' on Lot 8 and 'Mr Alexander Hinton' on the land to the east of lot 7. It is not clear why this plan was included with the other deeds.
