- TitleOrder for Captain Downe to attend as a witness on behalf of the plaintiff in the cause of Matthews v. Carr. To be examined before Master Kaye on Thursday next at the Masters Office, Chancery Lane. Captain Downe is to produce at the examination all papers in his possession relating to the said matter. The examination is to be filed with the Masters of the Court and an office copy may be read and given in evidence on the trial of the case in the absence of the said witness, subject to an affidavit by the plaintiffs attorney or agent as to his belief.
