Letter from Robert W Griffith to Thomas J Hooper. Writer has not forgotten the subject of the acceptance retained by Mr Bixby, though is anxious first to get the offer he proposes to make for the purchase of the stock etc. before initiating any hostile proceedings. The deed remains with the writer’s agents. If nothing is heard from the debtor by next week, the writer proposes to advertise a sale by tender of the whole estate.
