1) about to take a Lease from George Gething of dwelling house, shop & premises occupied by 2) at 35 High Street, Newport 1) will want to convert the front sitting room , adjoining the shop of Mr J.Cordey, Grocer into a Stationer's Shop "by putting a new plate of glass therein." Then 2) will give up the rest of the premises except the front room to 1) 1) will also pay 2) £10 15s as Compensation/rent If 1) gets the lease will underlet new shop to Maria Evans for £20pa.
