- TitleLetter from John Roumieu, solicitor to Thomas Hooper.
- Date free text7 Jul 1868
- Production dateFrom: 1868 To: 1868
- Scope and ContentThanks Hooper for forwarding particulars. Thinks the property would suit his client in many respects. Regrets that Mr Fuller did not place them in direct communication some weeks ago, when his clients bailiffs were in Herefordshire looking at other property. As Roumieu cannot communicate with his client in time to obtain instructions, he is unable to make an offer. Wishes to be informed if the property does not sell at the auction. Asks whether the property was advertised in the ‘Estates Gazette’ or any of the London papers, as he is surprised that his client did not see it.
