1) at the request of 2) in consideration of £731.0.10 and the valuation of the standing timber do agree to sell to 3) - 52 acres 1 rood and thirty four perches called Davids Green and Llanerchell premises in Llantrissent 1) at the request of 2) in consideration of £310.6s3d and the valuation of the standing timber do agree to sell to 3) - 3 pieces of land in Llantrissent called The Darren and Wentwood field containing 43 acres 1 perch. 1) at the request of 2) in consideration of £100 do agree to sell to 3) an easement or right of way sixteen feet wide and 1233 feet for all kinds of carriages, cattle, horses etc. as shown on plan. - 1) at the request of 2) in consideration of £100 do agree to sell to 3) triangular piece of land numbered 319 and 319a on the plan.
