Scope and Content
At the Transfer sessions holden at the Court House, Biggleswade, on the 12th Februarty 1947 for the Division of Biggleswade, in the County of Bedford.
The Licensing Justices for the said Division, hereby grant to Thomas Evans of Eyeworth in the County of Bedford this Justice's Licence, authorising him, in substitution for Martha Ann Lawrence who holds a Licence in respect of the premises mentioned below, to hold an Excise Licence to sell by retail, at the licensed premises situated at Eyeworth known by the sign of the Ongley Arms any intoxicating liquor which may be sold under a Spirit Retailer's Licence of consumtion on or off the premises.
This licence shall be in force from this day until the 5th April 1948.
Given under the Official Seal of the Licensing Justices, which is hereto affixed under their authority by the Clerk of the Licensing Justices.
