I return one copy of the draft on which the only comment I have to make is that in clause 4 line three the words “for the time being” are unnecessary since they seem to mean much of the same as “from time to time” which latter words seem preferable. I am having the notice exhibited and am asking Mr. Arnold to sign the certificate.
