As I think you know a scheme is being made whereby the Charity, which I understand you are a Trustee, will be administered by the Trustees of the Municipal Charity. I enclose a copy of the draft scheme which I received from the Charity commissioners and I shall be most grateful if you will return it after signing the certificate on page 3 if it is correct.
