Thank you for your letter of the 17th December.
I regret that the Commissioners have not yet received from the Trustees of the above Charity the completed application form for an Order appointing Trustees.
I have, however, written to Mr. Speed today asking him for a reply to the Commissioners’ letters of the 23rd June, the 19th July, the 7th September and the 4th October as soon as possible.
As soon as a reply is received from the Trustees the Commissioners will inform you of the position in this matter.
