Thank you for your letter of the 19th July.
The boundaries of the Borough have been altered once since 1916, and I mentioned the provision making the area of benefit the Borough as from time to time constituted, in order that it might be included in any new scheme. If, However, it is only intended that the Trustees of the Municipal Charities should act in the Trust, the income will be available only in the old Borough. This will not, of course, cause any practical difficulty in this case.
