I am obliged to you for your letter of the 5th July and thank you for your assistance in this matter.
If in fact any alterations take place in the future regarding the boundaries of the Borough of Bedford, perhaps you will be so good as to communicate with the Commissioners so that the question can be then considered.
It is intended that the endowment should remain vested in the Official Custodian for the Charities to be held in trust for the charity and, in due course when the appointment of new trustees has been made, the Official Custodian will remit to the Trustees the income of the Charity without deduction of tax.
I am still waiting for the present Trustees of the Charity to return to me a completed application form for the appointment of new Trustees. As soon as this has been received, a draft order will be prepared and submitted to you for your consideration.
