Scope and Content
In the matter of the Charity of Mary Anne Elizabeth Fowler, in the Borough of Bedford, in the County of Bedford, regulated by a scheme of the Charity Commissioners of the 17th May 1916; and In the matter of the Charities Act, 1960.
The Charity Commissioners for England and Wales hereby order that the following Scheme be approved:-
The above mentioned Charity and the endowment thereof specified in the schedule hereto and all other endowments of the Charity shall be administered and managed by the Trustees for the time being of the Municipal Charities in the Borough of Bedford acting in accordance with their usual procedure who shall be the Trustees of the Charity.
Schedule. £52. 12s. 7d. 3 ½ per cent. War Stock standing in the name of the Official Custodian for Charities. £5. 10s. 6d. cash being the dividends accrued in the hands of the said Official Custodian on the above mentioned sum of the stock.
