View of causeway over the River Great Ouse between Carlton and Harrold looking south. Four males are present on the causeway looking west across the river. Reverse of photograph states: "January 1993, l-r Peter Thompson, Keith Hite, Oliver Pearcey - Eng[lish] Heritage, Tom Frain - Wrekin M.D." N.B Wrekin were a construction company founded by Tom Frain, presumably his presence and that of an employee from English Heritage would suggest repair work possibly being done on the bridge/causeway.
