In the Matter of the Charities called or known as “The General Municipal Charities,” in the Borough of Bedford, in the County of Bedford, comprising the Charities of Ursula Boteler, Thomas Hawes (1626), Mary Paradine, and Ann Collins, of which Trustees were last appointed by an Order of the Charity Commissioners of the 12th February 1877; and In the matter of “The Charitable trusts Acts, 1853 to 1894.” The Board of Charity Commissioners for England and Wales, upon an application made to them on the 31st July 1899, in writing, signed by Sir Frederick Howards, George Wells Esq; and Lawrence Colburn Higgins esq, all of Bedford; a majority of the Trustees of the above-mentioned Charities...order Lambert Woodard, Thomas Henry Barnard, Henry Burridge, Rowland Hill Coombs, John Howard Howard, Samuel Leach Kilpin and Charles Wells as trustees. annotated in ink with revisions.
