The Town Council at their meeting on the 19th instant appointed the under-mentioned gentlemen as representative Trustees on the Board of Trustees of the above-mentioned Charities constituted under the Order of the Charity Commissioners dated the 9th June, 1916, for a period of four years expiring on the 19th January, 1953, viz:- Alderman J. A. Canvin, J.P. 18 Harpur Street, Bedford. Alderman S.B. Morling, J.P. 21 Rothsay Road, Bedford. Alderman M. J. Stapleton, J. P. 30 Millbrook Road, Bedford. Councillor Nicholls M.C., J.P., (The Mayor) 15 Merton Road, Bedford. Mr. A. Mitchell-Innes, 11 Goldington Road, Bedford. The representatives have been notified accordingly.
