With reference to my recent conversation with you Frederick Charles Myers of 16, Beauchamp Row, Bedford, and John Barfoot, 66, Coventry Road, Bedford, have been paid the sum of 6/- from the Hawes Charity from the week ended the 19th January, 1946. I shall be pleased to receive your cheque for the sum of £43. 6s. 8d. made up as follows :- Usual quarterly cheque - £39. 8s. 8d. Additional case – 13 weeks @ 6/- £3. 18s. 0d. Total: £43. 6s. 8d.
