In reply to your letter, I am enclosing herewith a copy of the Municipal Year Book in which you will find particulars of the Charities. The Municipal Charities are those marked with an M of which there are five and the distribution is done through Mr. Davison, the County Welfare Officer, with the exception of the Paradine and Boteler Charities which I do myself, generally on St. Thomas’s Day. This is by 7/6d. for 25 old men and 4 old women at 7/6d at Christmas. I shall be obligued if you will kindly return to me the Year Book when you have looked at it as it is the only one I have.
