Thank you for your letter of the 13th instant. I note that Mr. A. Havill has filled the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. F. C. Myers. Unfortunately we have no nomination to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. A. A. Hixon, at the moment, therefore I would be grateful if you will let me have two names, one for the vacancy and another to keep in reserve for this Charity. Although Mr. S. E. Cullip is young I do not think that would be an obstacle to his succeeding to this Charity if you think him suitable.
