    reciting that Katherine Mathew late of London, widow, and Ann Mathew her daughter, both deceased, by their wills gave to William, Henry, Matthew, Elizabeth and Katherine Webster, the sons and daughters of William Webster senior of London, merchant, various legacies, and made Katherine Mathew, now the wife of Thomas Cheney of Bramhanger, Bedfordshire, gentleman, and Elizabeth Webster her sister, the wife of William Webster above bound, sole executrices of the said wills, and that before the sealing of this, the said Katherine Cheyney has paid to William Webster the father, the legacies due to his children the bond is to ensure that William Webster provides Katherine Cheney with receipts for the various legacies as each child comes of age witnesses: Gravely Norton, Richard Skinner, John Draper
