Reference to plays - a performance in the town hall at Newbury made into a theatre containing about 200 people. The tickets are 5 shillings. Mention of actresses Lady [Elizabeth] Craven and Mrs Hobart, and various other members of the cast, with comments on their performance. Monday is the last night, and tickets are sought after.
