Conveyance (Feoffment) i) to ii) for £30 by way of security by i) and wife Katherine for payment to ii) 20s per annum at 4 terms of feast of St John Baptist called Midsummer Day, Michaelmas, St Thomas and the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary “and also shall and will from tyme to tyme and at all tymes hereafter duringe the sayd Terme of the naturall life of the sayd William Fishe at the proper Costes and Charges of him, the sayd Thomas Woodfall, his heires, executors, Administrators or assignes, provide for and mayntaine the sayd William Fishe with sufficient meate drinke apparell lynnen woolen lodginge washinge and all other thinges fitinge and necessary for A man of such Condicion and quallitie”
