Admission of Maria Higginson, widow, by her attorney, William Ginger junior , gentleman, to:-
-- a cottage in Radnage;
3 closes of arable land (14 acres);
2 lots (sortes) of arable land, 5 acres;
4 acres of woodland;
on the death of John Hunt, who before his death on 5 August 1704 had surrendered by Ralph Jones and Edward Barlowe this property to the use of his will (the cottage was then occupied by Edward Smith); on 13 August 1719 John Hunt devised the property to Maria Higginson, charged with payments to her son John at age 22.
